Nothing on this website is a binding offer or quote, and submitting a form does not create a client relationship. Each engagement is governed by the separate agreement we sign with that client; if anything in that signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Payments

Where we invoice or collect payment for our services, payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Deposits, payment schedules, and refund terms are defined in your signed agreement, and fees are non-refundable except as that agreement states.

Free audits, tools, and reports

Our free audit and any tools or reports we provide are for general informational purposes. They reflect our assessment at a point in time and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

No guaranteed results

Digital marketing, SEO, and AI-search visibility depend on many factors outside our control — including search engine and platform algorithms, competition, and your market. We bring proven methods and real effort, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or other results. Any examples, past results, or testimonials on this site are not a promise of your outcome.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, the BluFin name and marks, and design — is owned by BluFin Marketing LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission. Work we create for a client is governed by that client's agreement.
